Logistical planning
The goods that come in must be carefully checked and registered in Pluriform, because we know what the negative effects are of an incorrect receipt check. At the same time, your receipt control department is focused on fast processing. For this, good logistical planning is required from Pluriform, so that it is permanently clear which parties (for which customers) are received when.

Goods receipt
From the receipt location you check the received goods, which are placed on location and booked in via a receipt advice overview. Via monitoring you can constantly monitor the warehouse. After the receipt process is completed you can scan the original packing slip and register it at the receipt and automatically send it to your customers by e-mail. Check for damage: you can take photos of each batch that is received and add them to the packing slip or make them available via a customer web portal.

Automatic delivery of backorders
After each receipt of goods, the Pluriform Warehouse Management System checks whether there are any open orders (backorders) with this article. If there are any backorders containing this article, they are automatically activated for delivery.

Inventory Management

Unique barcode definition applications
You can register stock changes and movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). When registering the processing of goods (upon receipt, storage, order picking, etc.), scanning your product using a unique barcode is essential. All packaging in storage must therefore be provided with a unique barcode. The stock information at Pluriform WMS is always available in real time.

E-commerce web portals

Replenishment Pick locations
In order to be able to pick orders quickly, Pluriform has a stock movement task to first replenish the pick locations from bulk locations before order picking, based on orders to be delivered.

Order-pick assignments & time registration control
Pluriform WMS generates order-pick assignments based on orders to be sent. If desired, via custom-made web applications on tablets or wrist barcode readers. After the orders have been picked and checked, the order-pick assignments are approved in Pluriform.

Packing & scale connections
During packing, if applicable, the correctness of the order picking can be checked again before the goods are packed. Here all barcodes can be checked again and a weighing takes place per order or package. The measured weight can be directly linked to the Pluriform database.

Shipping
By definition, we can create standardized IT connections with all carriers, allowing pre-notification, Track & Trace codes, and printing labels to proceed smoothly. The optimal registration of article definitions is central to Pluriform Logistics industry software as standard. The complexity of colour and size variations, components, samples, models, assortments and registrations of packaging can be realised in a short time with this system and are found everywhere in the sales, purchasing, logistics and administration processes!
