Order-driven inventory?

For delivery reliability it is important that the management of the lead time, the stock and the optimal use of the production and wholesale runs smoothly. Grensloos Pluriform supports these trade and production processes regardless of whether order/stock or  project production  is required.

With Pluriform Logistics production orders you can easily generate orders per supplier based on order lines
All production modules in Pluriform have been developed from practice, in order to optimally control and administratively process production. Production orders are used for this, which can be fed by placed order lines (products) of customer orders and desired stocks. By means of parts lists and production schedules it can be defined which raw materials are required in each production phase, so that they are booked off at the right time.

Production orders
Production orders can be created by collecting order lines from one or more orders, based on priority and available stock. A production order is always about one product (item) that needs to be produced. With a complete parts list with additional specific variations (sizes/colours). With the overview ‘parts lists’ you can plan your production in advance.

Production Schedules
This allows you to register all required operations in production phases chronologically. A production schedule includes a definition of operations detailed per production phase. By registering multiple production schedules, you can easily select multiple routes (internal or external production) for a production order.

Production phases
You can register a production line per production phase. Based on the production phases within a production order, you can report multiple production phases as completed at once, after which the required
semi-finished products are automatically booked off.

Production lines
Production lines are always linked to a warehouse, which can be located elsewhere. This allows us to distinguish between internal and external production locations. This is necessary to know where, after each production phase, the raw materials must be booked off.

Production stocks pre-purchase of semi-finished products, resources and end products
The economic stocks pre-purchase (orders) and ‘stocks in transit’ (transports) can be requested separately in detail. This means that you always have up-to-date 100% stock information of all your production and/or warehouse locations! Because the production module connects to the stock administration from Basis, the stocks and stock build-up of raw materials and end products can be requested via standard documents and overviews. The current stock information per production phase is important to permanently inform your customers per order line about the currently planned delivery dates via the Pluriform Logistics web portals.

Production planning
For your production planning, you have extensive logistical purchasing functionality within Pluriform Logistics. You can take into account all available stocks at internal or
external production locations.

Transports
Planning of transports includes semi-finished products, production resources and end products (finished product), which are transported worldwide to your external or internal production lines and warehouses. Because the production module also connects to the administrative stock administration of Pluriform, all available functionality from Pluriform Basis can be reused in your production administration.

Attendance pass ID also for logistics companies
To prevent illegal employees, who do not have a work permit, from working from your company, you can implement a reliable identity pass and time registration system. The Attendance pass organization offers a closed solution for this in combination with a unique time registration system for all your companies. The Attendance pass is also particularly applicable to external production locations such as construction sites, fields, greenhouses or temporary assembly or executive work locations. For the registration of both domestic and foreign employees, Grensloos has developed a unique front and back office information system with Pluriform for the Attendance pass organization. Almost all of our logistics customers use the Pluriform basic HRM solution as standard for the time registration of all employees.
